@GetSpectrum I have not had hi def cable in over 6 weeks and I always get the same response: "technicians are working on it". Now my internet is down (for the 5th time this week). ENOUGH! 🤬

@GetSpectrum Who do I speak to about the awful grainy picture? I watched Tennis Channel HD. With new HDTV and it was super grainy. Reminded me of ancient tennis video.

If you’re thinking about going to @GetSpectrum for internet or mobile. Don’t their customer service on either side is absolutely atrocious
