Haha now .@Ask_Spectrum disconnected my internet completely - it wasn’t working well before, but now they’ve intentionally completely disconnected service in retaliation after I complained about their cable service!

My roomates and I are moving on the 31st and this week is finals week. I called to end my WiFi service on the 31st and they want to end our service on the 28th and make us pay a whole month for those 3 days. @GetSpectrum

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Trying your service for 1st time & so far totally laborious. Welcome letter says it should activate within 10 mins. I just hit 40 mins & "online" status still flashing. Very unclear instructions re: using splitter as well. Disappointed

Do not get .@Ask_Spectrum service. Cable or internet! They have intentionally disrupted service in order to drive purchases of higher packages. I’ve had bad internet since pandemic - paying for speed not receiving half of it & cutting out often. Cable also constantly disconnects!
