    We had minimal wait and clear communication from the kind intake coordinator. The facilities were clean and fun for kids.
    Our nurse Pamela was sweet with myfour yearold, efficient, and knowledgeable.
    Dr Tangredi was confident and polite, engaging and calming. She knew the exact right answers toour questions about differentiating covid from RSV from cold, backed upher answers with data, and still gave methe opportunity toassert our preferences with regard totesting.

      I amvery disappointed atDr. Tangredi. She's the worst pediatrician mykid has ever seen. Iwas very excited tobring mychild toPMP for the very first time. The receptionist was great. But the physician,Dr. TANGREDI was extemely rude. She stormed inside the exam room almost telling us“youre here wasting mytime”. The doctor came inside with avery disrespectful attitude almost asif she was mad atme for bringing mychild into the urgent care for a“simple knee pain and she has todeal withus. The doctor stated very angrily that mydaughter did not need tobe there because this issomething her primary care doctor has totake careof. Itold doctor the wait for her pcp was months ahead and that maybe ifshe could get anx-ray tosee whats going onon mydaughter's knee. The doctor declined and with avery sarcastic angry voice said that she does not habe abroken bone toget anx-ray and all she needed was anexam which she woulddo. Iwas inshocked due todisbelief asto how Iwas being treated and spoken toby this doctor. I've worked ata Dr's office for almost 2years and has never seen this type oftreatment bya physician. The only thing she told uswas that mydaughter just needed motrin and nothing else. That some kids may need todo physical therapy but she did not want toeven emphasize that idea being that wewere out ofoptions. The rest ofthe visit Iwas afraid totalk oreven ask questions feeling Iwould berepremended for itor probably get asnarky, sarcastic-angry response. The treatment wegot was almost asif wehave done something todoctor Tangredi which Idid not understand. Ifelt this was very bad service. I'm never returning tothisPMP. Hopefully the one close towhere Iwork atis better. Please dont bring your child here, they dont care about them.– show

        Doctor Steven Michael told mysister that my8month old niece had “either acold orCovid” without running any tests. Wetook her toLauren’s hospital where they ran tests and X-rays, turned out she had RSV and bacterial pneumonia. Becareful taking your babies here!

          Worst place totake your child, you’ll would have abetter outcome going tothe children’s ERat this point (they wait would beworth it). Went totake mychild tosee ifthey can give her something for her sore throat and being congested with alot ofphlegm (again this isvery noticeable onmy child). Afew red flags tomentionDr. Rivera did not check mychild’s throat, noticing mychild uncontrollable coughing did not swab tocheck for strep throat either. She told memy child isfine and just required Motrins, needles toremind itwas noticeable mychild was congested and had alot ofphlegm buildup. She proceeded tell meto give her what I’ve been giving her (over the counter meds that have not been working). Was not able toapproach mychild ona friendly matter toallow her tobe examined. Shouldn’t pediatricians beable tobe approachable toa child?! Instead decides she wants toget mad when mytwo year old who isnon verbal autistic starts tocry because she inpain. Also decides tostomp her feet ina tantrum when Itell her she’s two staying still while you’re being hostile will not work. Started totalk down tome asking me“who’s the doctor her orme” when explaining her symptoms. Iwork ina hospital and have never witness such anunprofessional licensed pediatric physician. Itwas uncalled for toget upset and catch arage tosay the least. When Iasked her for details about what she was doing, she walked away while I’m inthe middle ofa sentence, she brings inher PAor nurse because itwas too much for her toexplain her findings oranswer myquestions. IfI could have recorded this entire encounter Iwould reporther, but I’m here letting y’all know this isa waste oftime and worst place ever. They (she) does not know what she isdoing orhow towork with kids. Sorry mychild was sick and needed medical assistance. Ihope after this review they give their staff especially Marlene Rivera, MDa training onhow todeal with patients. Iunderstand being tired after along day ofwork but this was uncalled for and she shouldn’t bepracticing children medicine ifthis ishow our children will betreated.
          Ps. Tried toexplain toher the PCP findings asI had taken her last week for this same reason and tried toexplain how none ofher medications were helping her long term. Also tried toexplain her PCP was closed for the day which iswhy Icame tothe peds UCwhen she was talking down tome.

            The staff isso kind and patient, despite being clearly overwhelmed with patients. They seem totruly care and empathize.

            Now onto the negatives- not enough staff onduty and the outrageous wait time for mysuffering, feverish little girl. Imade anappt. but still had towait over anhour. Management needs tohire more staff ASAP! There just can’t just beone doctor onduty ata time.

                    Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! Ifonly Icould give nostars!! Iwas better off going tothe local ERfor the same amount oftime. After waiting almost 3hours and with nozero communication, mychild was called inthe room just for usto wait another hour before Icould nolonger take the wait and decided tojust make asick visit with myprimary pediatrician inthe morning. Iinformed the doctor, who was sitting atthe desk inthe back, Iwas leaving. Instead ofacknowledging thedelay and atleast letting meknow where westood inqueue asa professional would, she responds ina very condescending tone basically telling meshe isbusy and she will get tome when shecan. Now Iam highly annoyed and livid asI don’t appreciate the disrespect coming from aso called provider. Tangredi isthe worst doctor Ihave EVER encountered. However, the receptionist was very helpful and even came outside the clinic toapologize asI was leaving. Itotally regret not going with myinstincts and gone tothe PMpediatrics Iusually goto.

                        Where doI begin? What’s the point ofhaving anappointment? Had one at1:30PM, sat inwaiting room for anhour. Terrible communication and itwasn’t even that crowded. The doctor was with usfor 5minutes. Poor usage offacilities and resources. Iwas there for 2hours. One person came out every 25minutes. How does this place have3.4stars? Icould have sent my1year old tocollege, med school and had her treat her sister inthe time ittook toeven get into aroom. Avoid, avoid and avoid.

                          This place lacks communication, knowledge & effort. TOO MANY CHIEFS AND NOT ENOUGH INDIANS. Itake mykid there because she was home with afever, rapid test said negative but weneed anote togo back toschool. They ask meif Iwould like toadminister aPCR, for what? The rapid test was negative?! They dothe PCR Iask for anote leaving the office & was assured the note would besufficient. Guess what mykids school iscalling meto pick at10am because until the other test comes back she can’t goback toschool… MYKID DID NOT HAVE COVID!!! Uwalk inthe office and immediately YOU HAVE COVID.. you have COVID! You have COVID! You have COVID! It’s really annoying & wasteful. Topay money tobe seen & all they say isrest upand wait for the COVID results… BRIH! The rapid test was negative!!! save urmoney goto theER! Find another pediatric urgent care… goto the urpediatrician! They take urmoney and provide NOSERVICE!!– show

                                        I amextremely grateful for this places fornnumerous visits. Ihave tohilight our most recent visit. Last night Ireceived anemail from mychild's school saying there was acovid case inthe class. And ofcourse mychild unexpectedly got afever last night. Let's say Iwas amess, mymind was everywhere. Feeling overwhelmed and frustrated asyou see onthe news the long covid testing lines and increased positive cadrs, Icalled this location. Angel, instructed methey did not have any more availability last night. But suggested Idownload the pmpediatrics app toschedule atelevisit tospeak with adoctor. There was along wait tobe connected with adoctor (but that's expected). The doctor felt that mychild should betested for covid based inher symptoms and the case atschool. That televisit allowed usto get aexpedited visit.(walkin) today. The website only had appoints 4days away, but when Icalled Iwas toldto.come ina visitid.– show
