Final Exam Schedule
Exams cannot be taken early. If a student must miss an exam, make-ups will be on May 28th. Please email Joaquin.Byrd@gcpsk12.orgfor more details.
Students should bring their GCPS issued Chromebook fully charged, AND their charger, for final exams. If your student has a damaged or lost Chromebook, please direct them to the Media Center for Chromebook support before final exams.

Maxwell/Grayson Tech Final Exams May 16th and 17th
All Maxwell/Grayson Tech final exams will be given on Thursday, May 16th and Friday, May 17th. Individual students and parents will receive an email with more details.
Senior Final Exams (Q4/S2)
Seniors will take final exams on May 16th and 17th due to the graduation date of May 23rd. We will follow a regular bell schedule for both days. For more information on senior final exams, senior exemptions, and the MyPaymentsPlus form for parents, please refer to the Senior Section in the PRHS Community Newsletter. Seniors can turn in their Chromebook & charger after completing their last final!

SUMMER REQUESTS will be mailed out 1-2 days after your initial request. Please order your COE form at least one week prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive the form(s) in time."

To enroll in Driver's Education register through the Peachtree Ridge Community School.

Work permits are done electronically via the Georgia Department of Labor.
Online Work Permit Application
A certified copy of the birth certificate or birth registration card for the minor is required before the Permit can be printed. Please bring this with you when you and the prospective employer have completed the online application.

Students must bring a signed note to the Attendance Clerk, Shirin Lalani (Front Lobby) BEFORE SCHOOL BEGINS:
- The note must have a full student name, student ID number, parent signature, reason, time of check out and a phone number where the parent can be reached for verification.
- The student will be responsible for making up any work missed during this time.
If the student is not a driver (parked in the student lot) a parent or authorized person will need to bring I.D to the front lobby Attendance Desk to check out the student.
Students are only allowed to check out with individuals listed on the student's profile. If you need to add or
delete individuals please do so through your parent portal account

- Parking Fee is $70 for the School Year. Register and pay on MyPaymentsPlus under Events & Activities Category/School Fees. Passes are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable!

- A copy of Driver’s License, Insurance on the Vehicle Registered, and My Payments Plus Receipt. Digital Copies are Not Accepted!

- Once you have paid for your parking pass, bring your copies to Ms. Reddy in 1.211/Commons to pick up your Parking Decal. Parking spaces are pre-assigned and are on a first come, first available basis.
